Don’t miss out on this once in a lifetime experience where we embark aboard Monster Sleipnir Trucks to experience the midnight sun on top of Langjökull, Europe's second-largest glacier. Departs at 19:30 / 7:30PM from Gullfoss.

There are no dark nights in summer, and on 21 June the day is 21 hours and 8 minutes long, and still: civil twilight for the rest of the night! That means the sun just shortly hovers below the horizon during “nighttime”!

Why not use this special day and have a late evening drive on top of a glacier?

We will stop at a scenic spot on the glacier with stunning views. Here you can disfrutar at our Glacier pop-up Cafe – hot cocoa, coffee or tea, and Kleinur (an Icelandic pastry).

Ubicación: Make your way to Road 35 and find the upper parking area of Gullfoss Waterfall. Right there, you’ll spot the ‘Gullfoss – Panorama Restaurant – Cafe – Shop’. Actualizar y repostar: After some exploring, there will be time for a little break. Enjoy drinks like hot cocoa and tea and try Kleina, a traditional Icelandic pastry.
Take a sip of Jökla with your hot cocoa, an Icelandic made cream liqueur made with Icelandic milk and pure Icelandic water.
