Located in southwestern Iceland, Geysir is also known as El gran géiser. Erupting boiling water up to 70 meters in the air, you can be fortunate to see the Geysir in action. Due to some earthquake movement, Geysir’s activity can also be affected. Along the years, its eruptions have increased or decreased, some of them being eight times a day, every six hours, or like now that it happens typically three times a day.
The Great Geysir is one of the most visited natural attractions in Iceland, and part of the Tour Círculo Dorado. Having this spectacular heated waterjet in-front of you, it is just unbelievable.
