The Tour will take you around breathtaking waterfalls in close proximity to the capital area, you will be on the most popular Iceland´s road trip -The Golden Circle… You will participate in activities like the Icelandic Lava Show, a visit to a geothermal bath (Krauma, Sky Lagoon), and an original a Rye Bread tour where the dough is cooked right in the ground using geothermal heat, and you get, of course, a taste of the delicious bread!
You are equipped with the Easy Guide tablet, a navigational device where you find your itinerary, activities, information about the camper, and other valuable features. Only available with us.

Distance: 205 km, 6 stops
Nostro free shuttle service will pick you up from the airport or your stay in Keflavik and bring you to our CampEasy office, located in Selvík 5 Reykjanesbær. Here, we set up your journey itinerary, introduce you to the camper and its facilities and personalize the Easy Guide tablet.
On your first day, we recommend you visit The Settlement Center, an interesting museum dedicated to two exhibitions on Icelandic history in Borgarnes before driving to Borgarfjordur. After driving through farm fields where horses can be spotted here and there, you stop at two beautiful waterfalls (Hraunfoss and Barnafoss) before reaching the geothermal spa, Krauma, spa at 18.00 PM (optional activity, you can select it in your booking and we will include the admission in the tour price).
Night in Hverinn Campsite.
Hverinn Campsite – West to Arnarstapi
Distance: 232 km, 9 stops
Today, you visit the Snæfellsnes peninsula and all the sites that it has to offer! Your will stop at Ytri Tunga, a beach known as a gathering spot for seals before heading to Búdarkirkja church and its beautiful surroundings which is among the most photographed area in the country. You will also visit Djúpalonssandur, the black pebble beach, and Gatklettur (hole in the rock formation) through which you have an incredible view of the Snæfellsjokull glacier. Be ready to be amazed! at 14.00 PM, you can take part in the Vatnshellir Cave Tour, an 8,000-year-old lava tube and cave situated 35 meters below the surface (attività facoltativa, please select in your booking if you want us to include admission in your tour).

Snæfellsnes North – Eldborg volcano crater to Þinvellir National Park
Distance: 293 km, 8 stops
You complete Snæfellsnes peninsula visit today before heading to Þingvellir National Park. You might want to stop at Helgafell mountain which makes for a picturesque hike or photo op depending on how adventurous you feel. Later, you visit Kirkjufell waterfall perched next to Iceland´s most photographed mountain, Kirkjufell. On your way south on road national 1 make sure to stop by Eldborg crater, a 197-foot extinct volcanic crater, which is accessible all year round.

Golden Circle – Fridheimar to the South Coast
Distance: 256 km, 8 stops
Today, we are switching things up and you start your day with a not-every-day experience if you join the Rye Bread Tour at 11:45 AM at Laugarvatn Fontana Baths (optional activity we can include in your tour if you select it in the booking), which you can follow with a relaxing moment in the warm waters of its bath at 1:00 PM with a General Admission ticket we can also include in the tour if you choose so in your booking. Take advantage of the facility and its panoramic views of the lake before driving towards Iceland´s most popular site, the famous Golden Circle. Should you like to try something different for lunch, we recommend you to visit Fridheimar, a tomato farm, to taste the unique dishes they provide from their fresh tomatoes. Note that the entrance to the farm is admission free, however, you will have to pay for the restaurants´ meals and beverages if you want to taste them). Finally round out your day with a night at Skogafoss and the adjacent campsite.

Dyrhólaey, the Black Beach to Reykjavik
Distance: 258 km, 7 stops
The Reynisfjara black sand beach in the winter gives onlookers a unique vibe. You will experience Icelandic nature in its raw form where the massive waves from the Atlantic Sea smash onto the basalt columns and formations standing defiantly out of the sea. On your way back, you can join the Lava Show Vík – A Real Lava Experience at 13.30 at the Icelandic Lava Show, if you select it in your booking, we will include the admission in your tour (optional activity), before reaching Reykjavik in time for an interesting visit to the ice museum & bar: Magic Ice Reykjavik at 18.00 (optional activity, please select it in your booking if you want us to include admission). Before your final stop of the day, take your time and visit the famous Hallgrímskirkja Church, where the entrance is free, however, if you want to walk up to the tower, from where you have a 360° panoramic view of the whole city, you will have to pay a small admission fee (which we do not include in the tour price). Finally, you end your day beautifully with a long and relaxing moment at Sky Lagoon Spa at 19.30, if you choose so in your booking for the tour (optional activity). Enjoy the view of the sea from the comfort of its geothermal pool and its seven-step 7-ritual.

Reykjavik to CampEasy

Should you have time before your departure flight, Reykjanesbær peninsula is worth the detour The Bridge Between the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates and Krisuvík´s geothermal area among others. Then if you like, we recommend you to also visit the Viking World Museum before you leave Iceland. Here you can be transported to the past, at the settlement time, where you can see a life-size Viking boat stand in the facilities. The ship was built in 2000 and sailed to New York to “commemorate Leifur Eiríksson’s journey to the new world a thousand years earlier “– Viking World Museum. Note that this is only our recommendation; the admission fee is not going to be included in the tour price.
