KAYAKING:

The minimum age to participate is 10 years old
Single person and double boats are available
For safety reasons the weight in a single-person kayak cannot exceed 110 kg (240 lbs) and a two-person kayak cannot exceed 180 kg (400 lbs) combined weight.
Gear provided: boat, paddle, PFD (life jacket), drysuit
All participants are required to wear a drysuit while kayaking. Available sizes: S-XXL. Drysuits can accommodate a height range between 140cm (4’6 ft) and 198cm tall (6’6 ft)

GLACIER HIKE

Hiking boots with ankle support are mandatory for this adventure. For your safety, we cannot allow guests on the glacier without proper boots, or without being appropriately dressed for the glacier in current conditions.
If you don’t have your own, you can rent boots or waterproof layers from our hut for 1,500 ISK. Being appropriately dressed for current conditions is crucial to ensuring your safety and comfort during the tour.
We provide all safety gear (glacier crampons, helmet, harness, ice axe). Vinsamlegast athugið that our specialized glacier crampons are only available for shoe size 35-50 EU. Those with a smaller or larger shoe size are unfortunately unable to participate.
