Snæfellsnes Peninsula

Snæfellsnes Peninsula is located in western Iceland near Borgarfjörður. It is one of the most visited places in Iceland, due to the variety of natural scenery you can see. The Snæfellsjökull volcano, with 1446 meters high, is the main attraction of Snæfellsnes with the glacier located in the peak.

Kirkjufell Mountain, the most photographed mountain in Iceland, is located in the north of the peninsula. This place is a must when visiting Iceland, and you will find all the following spots:
