Join us for a three-hour Queer History Walk through Reykjavík on Thursday, August 5, 2027, starting at 1pm. The tour will be lead by a knowledgeable local guide.

Explore the people, places and events that have shaped LGBTQIA+ life and activism in Iceland. Alongside Reykjavík’s queer history, we will look at the city’s wider history, architecture, design, politics and social development, giving you richer context for the stories we share.

Meet at the Pink Iceland office at Skólavörðustígur 16, just above Reykjavík’s Rainbow Street. Questions are warmly encouraged throughout this welcoming and social walk.

Please dress according to weather and bring all the curiosity you can muster 🙂

Nos reuniremos en la oficina de Pink Islandia, ubicada en Skólavörðustígur 16 (entrada desde Óðinsgata), y desde allí exploraremos el viejo Reykjavík a través de una lente queer.
