Embark on a horse riding adventure in Iceland and explore the unspoiled beauty of its nature in comfort. Our horse riding day tour is designed especially for beginners, who want to experience the thrill of riding the amazing Icelandic horse while enjoying the breathtaking scenery around them.

Led by experienced guides, you will take a ride through moss-covered lava fields and along riding paths, surrounded by stunning vistas of Iceland's nature, like the panoramic view of the majestic Bláfjöll mountains. Our guides will ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during the ride, and will make sure that you have plenty of opportunities to get to know the Icelandic horse.

Riding helmets, rubber boots, and rain-wear/warm outfit during the ride.
Trained guides who speak multiple languages (English, Scandinavian and German).

We recommend that you bring warm gloves and a thin hat that can fit under the riding helmet. Included in the price is that you can borrow a helmet, warm overall or rain coat and rain pants as well as rubber boots.

The age limit to ride on this tour is 7 years old. Children 14 years or older need written parental permission to ride alone.
The weight limit for all our tours is 110 kg/240 lbs.
It is the responsibility of each rider to assess whether they are physically able to take part in the trip, including getting on and off the horses of their own accord.
If you are arriving in your own car, please be at our stable 30 minutes before departure.
