Krossneslaug

Swimming and chilling close to the Arctic Circle can be kind of fun don’t you think so? Krossneslaug is the geothermal pool located on Strandir on the east side of the Westfjords. In 1954, the pool was built by local farmers using the water of natural hot springs. Now, it is one of the most incredible places to visit when in the Westfjords.

As the rest of the swimming pools in Iceland, Krossneslaug offers a great time to chill and relax, but what makes this one unique is the gorgeous view you have over the infinity. Ok, well, the ocean. If you are obsessed with swimming pools like us, don’t miss this one.
