This flight tracks the evolution of the most significant eruption sites in the southwest, specifically the 法格拉达尔斯菲哈尔 並 Sundhnúkur areas. We navigate the shifting volcanic systems to show you how cooling lava and deep fissures have fundamentally altered the terrain near the 蓝色泻湖 並 格林达维克. While volcanic activity is unpredictable, seeing these fresh geological formations from a pilot’s perspective is an extraordinary experience in any season.

, Volcanic activity is a natural and unpredictable phenomenon. We can never guarantee visible or flowing red lava, but the volcanic craters and fresh lava fields are spectacular to see from above even without an active eruption.
