This includes black beaches, magnificent mountains, volcanic craters, incredible birdlife, magical caves, and of course, the most picturesque glacier of them all, Snæfellsjökull.

Day 6: The Lava Tunnel & Whale Watching
On a Whale Watching tour from Reykjavik with us you will be able to experience some of Iceland’s rich and thriving bird life, as well as visit our large variety of sea life, including minke whales, humpback whales, harbor porpoises, and white-beaked dolphins among other whale species.

On this adventure, we visit the lava tunnel Raufarhólshellir located only 30 minutes from Reykjavík. We will witness the inner workings of a volcanic eruption while we walk in the path of lava that flowed thousands of years ago.
