Departing from the Fagradalsfjall parking lot, this guided adventure visits the active volcano as well as offering  a unique view into Iceland’s ever-evolving volcanic terrain.

This tour is perfect for those who are unable or prefer not to hike the 2–3 hours typically required to reach the new lava fields on foot. Instead you ride in a specially modified 4×4 Super Jeep, built to conquer rough terrain, steep mountain roads, and lava-strewn trails that ordinary vehicles can't reach. This is not just transportation — it’s part of the adventure.

Please note: Part of the route includes a steep mountain track to reach one of the panoramic viewpoints. While the ride is completely safe in our specially modified Super Jeep, those with a strong fear of heights may find this section slightly challenging.
