Here we set out on a private tour from Reykjavík/ Keflavík airport area onto exploring the mesmerizing south coast of Iceland! During the comfortable ride we make stops at the stunning and Iconic Seljalandsfoss and Skógarfoss waterfalls. Stop and take in the moment of the magnificent raw power of these amazing waterfalls.

We continue on to Sólheimajökull that sits between two of our most famous volcanoes, Eyjafjallajökull and Katla. Enjoy the chilling peace of seeing these white-blue and black glacier ice cubes up close and personal.

Our journey takes us to the infamous Black Sand beach known for it’s unique basalt columns formation and dangerous sneaker waves. The entire beach is covered in black sand and pebbles, making it seem straight out of a movie. Close to the beach we will visit Vík in Mýrdal, a small iconic town with only 750 inhabitants. That will be our last stop on this amazing tour in which we will start traveling back to Reykjavík/Keflavík to drop you off.

  • We offer pick-up and drop-off locations in and around central Reykjavík outside most hotels or well known landmarks. For your convenience we offer pickup right from the Keflavík airport as well for a swift start to your journey in Iceland.
  • We will stop at this stunning and iconic 60-meter high waterfall, allowing you to experience its beauty up close and you can get extremely close to it, feeling the fresh water on your face even! If you walk close to the river, the water is super fresh and good to drink!
  • The drop of the water is about 60 meters (200 ft) high and 25 meters (82 ft) wide. There are a few ways to admire the waterfall, either from the steps on the right side of the waterfall where you have a beautiful view from above, or right in front of it where you can feel all of its power.
  • We do have many glaciers in Iceland, especially on the south coast of the island. We stop at Sólheimajökull which is a glacier and is located between two of our most famous volcanoes, Eyjafjallajökull and Katla. The glacier is part of a bigger one called Mýrdalsjökull and is fairly accessible.
  • Reynisfjara Nature is beautiful at the black sand beach and the basaltic columns by the beach are one of a kind. The three cliffs called Reynisdrangar rise up in the ocean with the island Dyrahólaey not far away, making it one of the most stunning phenomenon in our country.
  • The southernmost village on the Icelandic mainland with 750 inhabitants. In 1991, the US journal Islands Magazine counted the beach at Vík as one of the ten most beautiful beaches on Earth.
