Our journey continues to Brimketill, a dramatic lava rock pool carved over centuries by pounding ocean waves. Perched at the edge of rugged cliffs, the dark lava formations contrast beautifully with the foaming surf, creating a striking and photogenic display of nature’s artistry.

At Gunnuhver, the landscape shifts to one of Iceland’s most intense geothermal areas. Steam vents billow, and mud pools bubble vigorously, creating a dynamic, almost otherworldly scene.
