Enjoy an exclusive horseback riding experience designed just for you and your group! Ideal for both beginners and experienced riders, this private tour allows you to create wonderful memories with your family or friends while exploring the stunning Icelandic countryside at your own pace.

We begin in our riding hall, where you will meet your horse and receive personalized instruction on the basics of riding. Afterward, we'll head outside to embark on your private adventure together.

Our horses are safe and well-trained, suitable for both inexperienced and experienced riders, all possessing a smooth Tölt gait. Children must be at least 6 years old; those under 8 will be guided by one of our experienced staff members, while older children will receive assistance as needed.

With your own private guide, you'll receive undivided attention and the freedom to fully connect with your horse and the breathtaking Icelandic scenery. We ensure that each rider is matched with the best horse for their skill level.

Dress according to the weather. A warm jacket or overcoat, good shoes, comfortable pants (riding pants are not necessary), a hat, gloves, and neckwear are recommended. Warm, long underwear, if possible (to protect against chafing).
If you want to bring a camera, please bring a small waist bag, as backpacks cannot be taken on horseback.

- Meet your horse and receive a brief safety introduction and riding instructions.
- Private 1-hour horseback ride along the farm’s countryside trails at a relaxed pace.
- Return to the farm at the end of the ride.

Please note

Riding helmets are mandatory and provided free of charge.
Riders must be able to mount and dismount a horse with minimal assistance.
The maximum rider weight is 110 kg (240 lb).
Used boots, riding wear, saddlebags, etc., must be disinfected before arriving in Iceland, as infectious diseases can easily be introduced into the country and pose a serious threat to horses. Riding gear is typically washed, and shoes, helmets, and safety vests are cleaned with iodine or another disinfectant. Used riding gloves and all used leather items (e.g., chaps) are not permitted.
Tours may be canceled due to unsafe conditions, such as ice or strong winds. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
