Warm woollen or fleece clothing including top, bottoms and socks. Please avoid cotton as it keeps you cold when wet and takes a very long time to dry.

Please note

While the meeting point is in Ísafjörður, you have the option to use your personal car to drive to Önundarfjörður. This allows you the freedom to seamlessly continue your journey from Flateyri without returning to Ísafjörður. You can also spend the afternoon exploring the beautiful town of Flateyri, taking a refreshing dip in the pool, or dining at the local restaurant, all at your own pace, after the kayaking adventure.
