Snowshoeing is the perfect winter activity for adventurous explorers. It is a great, low-impact winter exercise and an accessible, fun activity that all ages and ability levels can enjoy together. The only requirement is that you like walking and the outdoors. 

We will meet at the forestry parking place and snowshoe through the Siglufjörður forestry, sharing stries and observations. With any luck, we will catch a glimpse of the Northern lights (pending visibility).

Snowshoes provide accessibility to hiking trails and walks difficult to navigate in winter conditions. After a short introduction, you are good to go.
