This tour covers the most significant recent eruption sites on the レイキャネス半島, specifically the ファグラダルスフィヤットル そして Sundhnúkur areas. While volcanic activity is unpredictable and sightings of flowing lava or active eruptions cannot be guaranteed, seeing these fresh geological formations from above is extraordinary. The route then pivots past the steaming ヘンギル volcanic system and the tectonic rifts of セスィングヴェリル toward the Þórisjökull glacier for a remote landing, returning via the deep canyons of フヴァルフィヨルズル そして グリムール滝.
