Discover Iceland’s Golden Circle on a private full-day tour from Reykjavik. Visit Thingvellir National Park, the Geysir geothermal area, Gullfoss waterfall, and stop for lunch at the Fridheimar tomato greenhouse.

Iceland's ゴールデンサークル is the country's defining day route. This tour covers all three of its landmark sites privately, in a dedicated vehicle for your group alone, and builds in a stop that makes the day genuinely different: a sit-down lunch at Fridheimar, one of the most distinctive dining rooms in Iceland.

The route begins at セスングヴェリール国立公園, 、ア UNESCO World Heritage Site and the setting of the Alþing, Iceland's parliament since 930 AD and widely considered the world's first democratic assembly. You walk the rift valley between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates before continuing into the countryside.

Midday brings the stop at Fridheimar, 、ア fourth-generation family farm growing tomatoes and cucumbers under glass, year-round, on geothermal heat. Lunch is served inside the working greenhouse, among the vines, with warm air and the scent of ripening fruit filling the space. The signature dish is an unlimited tomato soup buffet with freshly baked bread, made from the farm's own harvest. We reserve your table in advance – a necessity, as the restaurant regularly sells out – and you order and pay directly at the farm, choosing whatever you like from the menu.

The day continues to the ゲイシール地熱地域, where ストロックル erupts to heights of up to 30 metres at intervals of five to eight minutes, and closes at グルフォス, a powerful two-tiered waterfall descending into the canyon of the Hvítá river.

Reykjavik – Pickup & Departure
Your day begins in Reykjavik with a comfortable pickup from your accommodation. As you leave the city, the colorful houses fade into wide open Icelandic landscapes. The drive is peaceful, giving you time to relax and enjoy the scenery as the adventure begins.

Your first stop is セスングヴェリール国立公園, one of Iceland’s most important historical and geological sites, where you can walk between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates, visit the site of the world’s oldest parliament (Althingi), enjoy stunning views of lava fields, cliffs, and lakes, and take time for short walks and photos.

Next, you’ll visit the famous ゲイシール地熱地域, home to bubbling hot springs and steaming vents, where you can watch the Strokkur geyser erupt every few minutes, explore colorful geothermal pools, and learn about Iceland’s volcanic activity.
グルフォス滝
The journey continues to Gullfoss Waterfall, one of Iceland’s most iconic natural wonders. Watch as glacial waters plunge in two stages into a dramatic canyon, sending up mist that sometimes forms beautiful rainbows. Walking along the paths, you’ll feel the energy and majesty of this incredible waterfall.
Faxi Waterfall

Fridheimar Farm
