A one way bus fare to Landmannalaugar from Reykjavík. This is a scheduled bus operated in summertime from June 15th – September 15th. Self-guided. Departure from a the bus stop beside Harpa Concert hall at 07:15 and the bus stop outside Reykjavík Campsite at 07:30. Please be at your bus stop at least 10 minutes before departure. Estimated arrival at Landmannalaugar around 12:00.
This is a un-guided transfer on a shared bus. When travelling to the highlands please take notice of weather forecasts and dress well – preferable in layers and wear good hiking shoes. On site you must pay a small fee for facilities.
Warm layered clothing recommended, hiking shoes, bathing suit, towel, packed lunch and snacks.
