The massive eruptions of the unpredictable volcano have spectacularly changed Reykjanes Peninsula.

On this tour, you’ll embark on a breathtaking adventure, seeking out both the active volcano with its amazing eruptions, the old lava on Reykjanes Peninsula, and the newly formed landscapes and witnessing the results of the volcanic activity—scenes of nature’s raw power that you’ll never forget!

Buckle into your chopper and pull on your headset, opening up a clear communication line between you and the pilot. Take off and rise high above the streets of Reykjavík as the landscapes of the Reykjanes Peninsula area open up beneath you.

After a few minutes of flight time, we will fly over the Volcano area and ensure you have the best available view before returning to Reykjavik. On the way back, we will fly over some of the amazing sights of Reykjanes Peninsula.

After a few minutes of flight time, you will witness the power of the eruptions. Once you reach the erupting volcano, marvel at the volcano eruptions rising from the craggy crater and watch the glowing red lava slowly flow from the craters. We will fly around the Volcano and make sure that you have the best available view before our return flight back to Reykjavik.
