Take a scenic horseback ride near Mt. Reykjafjall, passing forests, hot springs, and colorful hills – perfect for all riding levels!

Experience a variety of scenery and impressions! We ride on excellent riding trails along the slopes of Mt. Reykjafjall and through a green forest. We then pass by hot springs in a geothermal area. This area is situated just above the village of Hveragerði and expanded dramatically during an earthquake in 2008. We continue along colorful hills above the village, which is know for its idyllic location between volcanic mountains and wide plains, to the stable area.

Pick up and drop off, Riding for 2 1/2 – 3 hours. We provide helmets and rain gear/winter overalls.

This tour is offered all year round. 2.5-3 hours riding. Pick-up every day in Reykjavik à 08:00. Return to Reykjavik around 13:00. Note that pick up from hotels in Hafnarfjörður, Kópavogur et Mosfellsbær est à 7:30 and pick up from Hveragerði and Selfoss is at 8:45. Please double check your booking a day or two before arrival for the pick up location, as the bus stops may change without notice.
