Mega Zipline Iceland, traditional ride with transfer from Reykjavik

This is our Conventional ride with transfer from (and to) Reykjavik. Experience the thrill of soaring through the breathtaking Icelandic landscape in our traditional ride, while seated in a specially designed, comfortable harness that heightens your senses. This exhilarating tour covers a full kilometer of pure excitement, beginning at the stunning "Black Canyon" featuring its mesmerizing waterfalls and columnar basalt formations, and concluding at the picturesque Reykjadalsá river near Reykjadalur Cafe. This longest zip-line in Iceland provides a high-flying adventure suitable for the entire family. Note: It is possible to upgrade to superman ride (the "Falcon") in reception of Mega Zipline Iceland (+ 4.000 ISK) – pending availability

Transfer to Mega Zipline Iceland from Reykjavik and transfer back. Transfer is operated by Reykjavik Excursions and is combined with transfer to the Lava Tunnel.
Admission to conventional ride (the "Bird) on the zipline.
It is possible to upgrade to superman ride (the "Falcon") in reception of Mega Zipline Iceland (+ 4.000 ISK)
All safety gear including specialised harness and helmet.

Make sure to dress accordingly. We always recommend our guests come dressed in wind- and water-proof jackets and even wind- and water-proof trousers in the fall and winter. It’s also a good idea to wear a light hat and mittens.

The Pick Up
Pick up from hotels (bus stop locations) is at least 30 minutes before departure. Note the pickup is operated by Reykjavík Excursions and the bus is marked “Tour Pick Up”.
Transfer to Mega Zipline
The bus to the Mega Zipline leaves from BSI bus terminal at 09.00 and 13.00. It is a combination with the transfer to the Lava Tunnel so the bus will first stop at The Lava Tunnel to drop off passengers before driving to the Greenhouse hotel in Hveragerði where passengers will go off the bus and into the Mega Zipline bus (clearly marked). From the Greenhouse hotel to the Mega Zipline site is about 5 – 7 minutes drive. The total transfer takes about an 1 hour.
