The hike up to the Litli Hrutur volcano takes about 3 hours; it might be long and demanding, but what your eyes will witness once you reach the location are really worth it!

You will enjoy the unbelievable views of an erupting volcano! Not something you manage to see everyday! Once you’re at the site of the volcano, you will witness freshly made lava fields formed by the magma flow. You will get to spend some time by this natural wonder, about 1h and a half; we will also find a good and safe spot to enjoy the Icelandic chocolate, Hraun – which means for “lava”.
