Catch Your Own Meal

Experience the exciting feeling of catching your own meal on Skjálfandi Bay. The distance to the rich fishing grounds is very short. At the end of the tour your captain can fillet the fish, most likely cod or haddock, and you can take it with you for your own cooking. Upon request and at a reasonable price it is also possible to either have your fish prepared in the nearby Naustið Seafood Restaurant or, if available, get it cooked in a local home in Húsavík.
