You can also choose to add a separate day tour to the Blue Lagoon, where geothermal waters surrounded by lava fields provide a truly unique spa experience. Room Allocation: Guests booking for one person will be accommodated in a single room. Bookings for two persons will be placed in a double room. Bookings for three persons will be accommodated in a double room with an extra bed or a triple room, depending on availability.

Upon arrival in Iceland, make your way to your hotel in Reykjavík for your first overnight stay. An optional airport transfer is available when booking. Spend the evening discovering Reykjavík’s cosy cafés, local shops, and vibrant cultural attractions.
Explore the Golden Circle & Optional Evening Northern Lights Excursion
Discover Iceland’s most famous sightseeing route — the Golden Circle — a must for first-time visitors. Explore the dramatic rift valleys of Þingvellir National Park, watch Strokkur geyser erupt, and admire the majestic Gullfoss waterfall, which in winter is often framed by ice.

For those travelling in the darker months, you may choose to add a Northern Lights excursion, guided by local experts who will take you to the best possible viewing spots away from city lights. This optional evening tour is typically scheduled for your second night, with flexibility to move to later evenings if conditions are not favourable.

Note: The Golden Circle Tour operates on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Therefore, it may not always take place on day 2 of your trip — the exact day will depend on which weekday you book. This will also determine the order of any optional tours you choose to include in your itinerary.

Farewell to Iceland
