This adventure takes you to Landmannalaugar where you will enjoy some of the most impressive landscapes of Iceland´s interior, surrounded throughout the journey by colorful mountains, lakes and mosses with countless shades of green and yellow.

The day will include a guided hike through Landmannalaugar´s colorful landscapes, winding through ancient lava fields full of basalt, obsidian, and rhyolite.

Landmannalaugar is, without a doubt, the "temple" of Icelandic trekking. Every year, adventurers from all over the world travel to this beautiful area for its unsurpassable landscapes. Before returning to Reykjavík, you will have the opportunity to bathe in the fabulous natural hot springs set against Landmannalaugar´s stunning backdrop.

We begin the collection of travelers and the trip to Landmannalaugar.

In Reykjavík we have several collection points. For this reason, travelers have to be waiting at the stop they have chosen around 6:30. Our team will pick up each traveler at the following stops:

Bus Stop 02 – Ráðhúsið – City Hall

Bus Stop 08 – Hallgrímskirkja

Bus Stop 12 – Höfðatorg

Bus Stop 14 – Skúlagata

Hella pick-up. Bus Stop – Olís Petrol/Gas Station
Stop on our tour to pick up travelers.

Traveler pick-up time in Hella is 8:45. Travelers to this stop need to be ready 10-15 minutes in advance to avoid delays.

In Hella we will also make a small stop for travelers who need to make a last-minute purchase of food or drinks.
Welcome to Landmannalaugar!
Around 11:00 am, we will arrive at Landmannalaugar base camp. Here, we will trek with our guide and the rest of the group for about 5:20 hours, round trip.

Upon returning from the trekking, we will enjoy a pleasant bath in hot springs before starting our way back.
Return of Landmannalaugar
After enjoying our fabulous day of trekking and bathing in the Landmannalaugar hot springs, we will make our way back. The agreed departure time will be 16:20.
Hella dropoff. Bus Stop – Olís Petrol/Gas Station
We will arrive at Hella around 6:40 p.m., where some of the travelers will get off and finish their daytour. The rest of us will leave for Reykjavík.
Arrival in Reykjavík and end of the daytour
We will arrive in Reykjavík around 8:00 p.m., according to our scheduled time.
