Itinerary
Morning – Pick up in Reykjavík
Your adventure begins with pick-up in Reykjavík. Once everyone is on board, we head out toward Iceland’s scenic countryside. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views through wide windows as we drive past volcanoes, lava fields, and rugged coastlines.
Midday – Scenic Drive & Flexible Planning
Our guides will track weather and cloud conditions throughout the journey, keeping the plan flexible to ensure the best possible viewing location. While driving, there will be opportunities to take in Iceland’s stunning natural scenery, making the journey itself a highlight of the day.
Afternoon – Arrival at Viewing Location
Once we reach the chosen spot, you’ll have time to set up your camera, enjoy some snacks, and prepare for the highlight of the day. As the partial phase begins, excitement builds until the sky suddenly transforms during totality. For a brief, unforgettable moment, darkness falls and the sun’s corona reveals itself—an awe-inspiring sight you’ll never forget.
