A 100% charge applies if canceled within 3 days of the start time.
A 20% charge applies if canceled within 6 days of the start time.
A 5% charge applies if canceled within 365 days of the start time.

Please note

• The date selected during booking is the first rental day.
• Equipment must be returned on the morning after the final rental day. For example, a 4-day rental starting on 22 July must be returned on 26 July.
• Each traveller must provide their preferred fit, clothing sizes and EU shoe size during booking.
• Delivery and collection are optional paid services. Free self-service pick-up and return are available at Útilíf, Skeifan 11d, 108 Reykjavík.
• Hotel or Airbnb delivery and collection are available within the supported delivery area.
• For deliveries, an estimated delivery time will be provided before the rental begins, and someone must be available to receive the equipment.
• This package is designed for general outdoor sightseeing and hiking in rainy conditions. It is not technical mountaineering or glacier equipment.
• Please review the cancellation policy before completing the booking.
