Lunar landscapes and lava fields + optional excitement

The Reykjanes Peninsula really has it all. Awesome geothermal landscapes, beautiful lakes and mountains, charming fishing towns, cosy cafés, The Blue Lagoon, Tectonic Plates, The Bridge Between Continents, local history and sometimes an active volcano! The tour explores some of the highlights of the Reykjanes Peninsula including the Krísuvík road which takes you through some incredibly dramatic landcapes, Seltún geothermal area and Kleifarvatn Lake. If an eruption is happening we'll get as close as we're allowed of course!

Our private tours offer flexibility and freedom to veer off the beaten track, change the itinerary due to weather and cater to everyone's culinary interests.

This is a private tour in a luxury SUV with an amazing, friendly and knowledgeable english speaking guide. Hotel pickup and drop off included as well as light refreshments in the car. Please note that lunch is not included.

You can add a visit to the Blue Lagoon and/or an ATV tour to this experience. This adds 2,5 – 4,5 hours to the overall duration.

If you add a Blue Lagoon visit

Entry time to the Blue Lagoon is subject to availability but we will always try to make sure you end your tour with a relaxing visit to the Lagoon
Max duration of Blue Lagoon visit is 2 hours.
If you want to stay longer we can arrange for you to be returned to your accommodation via taxi (not included)
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult in the Blue Lagoon
Children under 8 years old must wear floaties

If you add an ATV tour

Start time is subject to availability but when possible we'll schedule ATVs on either side of lunch.
Duration of tour is 2 hours
Anyone who wants to drive an ATV must present a valid drivers license
Children and teenagers may ride with a parent or guardian
Minimum age is 6 years old – subject to driver signing a liability waiver
