Nearby is the most powerful hot spring in Europe called "Deildartunguhver," the primary heating source for the towns around the area.

A few steps from the hot spring is the Geothermal Baths Krauma, with various hot tubs, pools, and saunas to relax fully. Here you can soak for some time before returning to the city.
