  • Pick-up in Reykjavík (morning) – Meet your private guide at your accommodation and drive to West Rangá Lodge to get dressed for the day. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at the lodge before heading out.
  • Fishing (morning session) – Guided fly fishing primarily focused on trophy-sized brown trout in the West Rangá river system.
  • Lunch by the river or at West Rangá Lodge – A delicious packed lunch is included, to be enjoyed by the river in stunning surroundings, or served at the beautiful West Rangá Lodge.
  • Fishing (afternoon session) – Continue your guided fly fishing for trophy brown trout.
  • Return to Reykjavík (late afternoon) – Your guide will drive you back and drop you off at your accommodation.

Pick-up and drop-off services are always included in our tours at no extra charge within the capital region.

If guests prefer to drive to the location themselves, we recommend setting the meeting point at West Rangá Lodge.

An additional charge will apply if the pick-up location is outside the Reykjavík area or not on the way to the river.
