Experience Sea Angling in Iceland with a Local Guide
Join us for an exciting and authentic sea angling adventure from Stykkishólmur, located on the scenic Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Our tours are operated on traditional Icelandic fishing boats, perfectly suited for both fishing and sightseeing across the beautiful Breiðafjörður Bay.
We usually catch cod but there’s also the chance of landing halibut, wolffish, haddock, ocean perch, and more. Your captain is an experienced local fisherman who knows all the best fishing spots—so you're likely to bring home a great catch.
This tour is suitable for all ages, and no experience is needed. Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced angler, you’ll have a great time. We provide quality fishing rods and all necessary gear. Our guides will show you how to handle the equipment and assist you throughout the tour to ensure a fun and relaxed experience.
Along the way, you'll enjoy stunning views of the bay, islands, and surrounding mountains. There’s also a good chance of spotting puffins, seabirds, and even minke whales or dolphins if you're lucky!
