Northern lights tours are available from 15. August to 1. April.

We will go in a 4×4 vehicle and hunt for the northern lights (Aurora Borealis).

On the tour we try to go to the most scenic places so you can take good photographs of the northern lights.

The lake Mývatn area sometimes referred to as the capital of Northern lights is a great spot to see the Aurora Borealis because of the frequency of sightings and also because there is a vast wilderness with minimal light pollution.

Not only is there a great view of the Northern lights but the stars are also very bright and visible in the big sky above our lava landscape.

Dress warm and bring extra warm clothes with you as we will be observing the northern lights outside in cold temperatures.
