Blending yoga, walking around nature with a few of the hidden treasures of East Iceland natures makes this tour a unique experience boosting a serene state of mind. It´s the perfect way to escape the stresses of the everyday life and enjoy the close encounter with nature. It is a unique feeling to smell the grass and the trees and to hear the river while doing yoga.

This tour begins with a drive into the Breiðdalur to reach our destinations.
In Jórvík we visit abandoned farms which give a glimpse into who regular Icelanders used to live in the late 19th to early 20th century as well as being in an important geological site and displaying beautiful flora during summertime.
From there we go to the waterfall Flögufoss where we hike a short way to get the best view.
On both sites we walk around enjoy the nature and while hiking we make regular stops for brief yoga warm up and exercises, yoga poses and meditation.
