Glaciers are melting at alarming speeds. In the South-East of Iceland there is a very deep lagoon, the deepest lake in Iceland, 260m/853ft. On this lagoon you will see floating icebergs that are breaking off the glacier. The glacier is Breiðamerkurjökull, one of the glaciers of Vatnajökull, our biggest glacier and the biggest glacier in Europe.
You have the chance of taking a boat ride on the lagoon, on an amphibian. On the boat, you will sail between icebergs with a local guide that will let you taste 1000 year old ice. Where in the world can you do that? 
We take you on this tour and on the way we drive through endless sands, lava fields, see glaciers and volcanoes, waterfalls and finally the glacier lagoon. If this is not attracting enough for one day, then I don't know what is. Come with us and enjoy Iceland at it's best.
