Ice caves are a truly magical place to experience on the south coast of Iceland
The meeting point for our tour is the Sólheimajökull parking lot. At the meeting point we will have a brief discussion about our trip and and make sure you have all the necessary gear for the day's conditions.
The trip starts with a short hike in the valley until we get close to the glacier where we will put crampons on. Afterwards we will start hiking on the glacier ice for about one hour until we get to the ice cave! These natural structures can form and melt quickly. The duration of the trip may vary depending on the accessibility of ice caves.
Book your tour with us today and discover the beauty and adventure of the glacier world.
