In this trip we see the Viking parliament in Þingvellir, travel the Cold valley to Langjökull and explore the stunning waterfalls of Hraunfossar, Barnafoss and the boiling hot Deildatunguhver!
On this tour we pass through Þingvellir National Park and the ancient Parliament site, the place where our proud nation was officially founded in the year 930. We follow the fault lines of the Atlantic ridge, which disappear under the second largest glacier of Europe, Langjökull.
Touch and taste the cold glacier, but please neither freeze your fingers on the ice, nor burn your fingers in the boiling hotspring Deildartunguhver. Joggle on the highland trail of Kaldidalur, the Cold Valley.
Take a look at the darkness inside a lava cave, and admire the waterfalls Hraunfossar and Barnafoss in the Hvítá River.
