Two weeks give you ample time to take a trip around the Ring Road, as well as the winding Westfjords and the Snæfellsnes peninsula. There is not a great deal of Iceland that you won’t see as you head around the island meeting the local wildlife. The South Coast is rich and abundant with life, but once you get to the Eastfjords and Westfjords you can see the Icelandic reindeer and the arctic fox, the only native mammal to Iceland.
