This private full-day tour combines Iceland’s famous Golden Circle landmarks with a guided snorkeling experience in Silfra Fissure – one of the clearest freshwater fissures in the world. Designed for travelers who want both adventure and flexibility, the tour offers a calm pace and personal attention throughout the day.

Departing from Reykjavík, you’ll travel to Nationaal parkÞingvellir, where the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates meet. Here, you’ll take part in a guided snorkeling tour in Silfra Fissure, wearing a dry suit and led by a certified instructor. The experience is safe, well-paced, and suitable for beginners, offering exceptional underwater visibility depending on weather.

After snorkeling, the journey continues to the Geysir geothermal area to see active hot springs, followed by the powerful Gullfoss waterval.

The day concludes with a visit to Kerið Crater, known for its vivid red slopes and turquoise crater lake.

Your guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Reykjavík. Sit back and relax as you begin your scenic drive toward Nationaal park Thingvellir, the first stop on your adventure.
Snorkeling in Silfra Fissure
Dive into one of the world’s most remarkable snorkeling sites — the Silfra Fissure, where you can literally swim between two continents!
Guided by a certified PADI Divemaster, you’ll be provided with all the necessary equipment including a dry suit, thermal underlayer, mask, and fins. The water here is glacially pure, filtered for decades through volcanic rock, offering visibility up to 100 meters.
After your dive, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and cookies to warm up before continuing the journey.
Nationaal park Thingvellir
Een UNESCO-werelderfgoedlocatie, bekend als Thingvellir National Park, dient als startpunt van de tour. Enjoy some free time here for lunch (self-paid) at the nearby restaurant or café before exploring the bubbling hot springs and steaming vents.
Gullfoss-waterval
