Reiseroute

Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation then we set off for a scenic ride.

First stop is the Kleifarvatn-see, surrounded by majestic volcanic peaks and with its barren shores disrupted only by the occasional steaming hot springs. Step on a cliff that overlooks the magnificent lake and have a panoramic epic moment.

Afterwards, we continue on to see the Geothermiegebiet Seltún at Krýsuvík. Here you can enjoy the colorful mineral-rich pools and the dramatic contrast between the steamy vapors and otherworldly scenery by taking a stroll around the geothermal fields.

Next stop is a short hike to see the lava from the eruption that happened in 2021 by the Fagradalsfjall volcano.  A once in a lifetime opportunity to see newly born land.

Fourth destination of the tour is the Gunnuhver hot springs where you can step and surround yourself with another incredible geothermal marvel in Iceland.

As we take you on a ride along the coastline, we will pass by the magnificent lighthouse Reykjanesviti. Shortly after we will arrive at the Valahnúkur cliffs. This is one of the film locations for the movie “Eurovison song contest” starring Will Ferrel.  If you are a fan, you will have the chance to play on the installed piano and become his comedic character.

Finally, as the tour draws to a close, we will visit MiPMilína also knows as The Bridge between Continents.  You will be greeted by a striking steel footbridge spanning a yawning fissure between the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates. The symbolic link between two continents reminds visitors of the powerful forces shaping our planet.
