Travel with your own professional driver-guide through waterfalls, black sand beaches, coastal viewpoints, volcanic landscapes and glacier scenery. Compared with a one-day journey, this extended tour provides more time at each destination and the opportunity to add an adventure activity near Vík.

On the first day, explore the main South Coast attractions before continuing through the Eldhraun lava fields to an overnight stay near Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. On the second day, visit the glacier lagoon and Diamond Beach, with the option to join an Amphibian or Zodiac boat tour, before returning through Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon and the western South Coast.

Visit Diamond Beach, where pieces of glacial ice wash ashore and create a striking contrast against the black volcanic sand.

The amount and size of the ice vary naturally according to tides, weather and glacier conditions.
Fja1rárgljúfur Canyon
Stop at Fjaðrárgljúfur, a dramatic canyon shaped by flowing water over thousands of years. Walk to the viewpoints overlooking its winding cliffs and river.

Access may depend on weather and seasonal trail restrictions.
Seljalandsfoss-Wasserfall
Visit Seljalandsfoss on the return journey. When trail and weather conditions allow, visitors can walk behind the falling water.
Gljúfrabúi-Wasserfall
Finish the sightseeing route at Gljúfrabúi, a hidden waterfall located inside a narrow canyon near Seljalandsfoss. Access inside may be wet and slippery.
