The Free Church in Reykjavík is an independent Lutheran church consecrated in 1903 by the lake Tjörnin.

Fríkirkjan Church has a gothic revival style. Its facade shows a typical Reykjavík style with the colors and materials. After Hallgrimskirkja, this is the most photographed church in Iceland.
