This South Iceland super Jeep tour takes you to a lowland region with a diverse landscape of lush farmland, glaciers, dramatic sandy coastline and striking waterfalls. You will be able to see high bird cliffs and old fishing villages along the coast.

On this tour, you will see some of the areas that were most affected by the 2010 eruption of the now dormant Eyjafjallajökull volcano. You will see the beautiful Seljalandsfoss behind which a path allows you to walk, followed by the mighty Skógafoss waterfall; walk and drive on black sand beaches pounded by the Atlantic surf and see the bird cliffs that surround the quaint coastal village of Vík, which are teeming with life in spring and summer.

On the way home, you will stop at the greenhouse town of Hveragerði, a place named after the abundant geothermal activity in the area which allows the locals to grow all kinds of plants and produce in row upon row in greenhouses. The sights on this Iceland South Shore Tour are impressive, and exploring them in a superjeep makes the experience even more memorable.

The tour lasts 9 to 10 hours, Free pick-up from your hotel in the capital area begins at 8:30.

Extras: From Rate you can choose whether you travel in our famous Superjeep (up to 6 persons) or Monster truck (up to 10 persons) or in Luxury SUV (up to 6 persons). The main difference is that we do not go off-road on Luxury SUVs and you will have easier access and more comfort. Kayak On Sea. The real adventure begins with this 2-hour guided sea tour amid the skerries and beautiful lagoons along the coast. Home to seals and an array of sea birds in an incredibly diverse biota. Kayak On Lake. Our popular 1-hour kayak trip (without a guide) is a particularly interesting possibility for families and individuals, especially for those with little to no previous kayaking experience. Participants can explore on their own in and around the amazing labyrinth-like waterways. Notice that the area is safe and is great for beginners.
