This bus passport takes you to the trail of two of Iceland's most popular highland hiking routes, the Laugavegur hiking (2-4 day hike) trail and the Fimmvörðuháls hiking trail (1-2 day hike). You will get bus transfer from Reykjavík and can choose between three hiking bases to start from. The trail offers variety of unique landscape: colorful mountains, magnificent glaciers and hot springs. Fimmvörðuháls hiking trail is between Skógar and Þórsmörk and leads you between the famous Eyjafjallajökull that erupted in 2010 and Mýrdalsjökull glacier. This is a 24km long trail with elevetion of 1000m. This Passport is a discounted return ticket from Reykjavík to one of the three starting destinations and back to Reykjavík from where you finish your hike.
